2. Updated Curriculum at Lattes platform (CNPq) in PDF format. Please attach copies of the documents listed therein (published articles, certificates of participation in conferences, proof of participation in research or extension projects, awards and academic distinctions) in the last 4 years. Articles, books or book chapters do not require full copy but the cover sheet that identifies the author, title, journal or book, and year of publication.

- Applicants whose diplomas have not yet been issued should submit an official document indicating the date of conclusion and degree earned
- Applicants who are still attending undergraduate school should submit an official letter indicating that they are potentially eligible to graduate
Note: Applicants who do not include the diploma must be aware that if selected in the admission process they will be required to present the diploma at enrollment, with graduation conclusion date (Day/month/year) prior to the last day of the enrollment period at ESALQ, otherwise they will not be able to enroll
5. Proof of enrollment in the ANPAD (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration) Test or GRE (Graduate Records Examinations). After completing the ANPAD test, the applicant must submit the Test Result Certificate, by the February 2025 edition. The applicant must submit only 1 test, taking into account the following specifications:
- ANPAD Test: the minimum score is 250 (two hundred and fifty) points in the overall result, with a maximum validity of 2 (two) years, for tests taken from the February 2023 edition until the February 2025 edition. - GRE: the minimum score is 240 (two hundred and forty) points in the overall sum, with a maximum validity of 2 (two) years – from February 2023 to February 2025. For more information about the GRE, visit the website www.ets.org/gre.
Important note: applicants who will take the ANPAD test in February 2025 must submit the proof of payment for the test at the time of registration
6. Research Project. The research project must align with one of the research lines of the PPGA. The research project should include: 1) Introduction; 2) Research problem; 3) Objectives (general and specific); 4) Theoretical discussion (brief presentation of theories on the central theme of the project); 5) Materials and methods (presentation of the project’s methodology); 6) Project execution timeline; and 7) Bibliographic references. The total project, including the cover page and bibliographic references, should not exceed 12 (twelve) pages. The project should have the following formatting: Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, and 2.5 cm margins (top, bottom, right, and left). The cover page should include only the project title, the candidate’s name, the research line, and the selection of up to 3 (three) areas of interest related to the PPGA faculty members. The cover page and content template for the project can be accessed here. It is suggested that the candidate consult the research lines and areas of interest of the professors affiliated with the program to propose a project aligned with these lines and areas (check advisors by research area).
